Within your environment you have the ability to update account-wide configurations. In this support article we will discuss each option.

  1. Name: Configure the name of your environment. This will be used in personalised emails, password resets, user invites and so on.

  2. Whitelisted domains: Whitelisting domains is necessary to allow users to log into the environment. You need to add your company's domain to be able to add users. For example, if your company is ACME and you have users with the company email such as [email protected] or [email protected], you'll need to add "acme.com" as a whitelisted domain. Learn more about adding users here.

  3. API Key: Retrieve the API key that can be used to authenticate API requests to this environment. Read more about our API here.

  4. Private Key: Retrieve the private key that can be used to safely retrieve JWT Tokens for authentication. Read more about our API here.

  5. Timezone: Allows you to adjust the timezone you are working in. Setting the timezone of your environment will affect the dashboard and reporting.

  6. Default Language: Here you can configure the default language that will be used in the UI for the users, users can manually change their language later.
