In order for Paperbox, or your team members to link a document, it is important that the masterdata that is being sent Paperbox is up to date. If for example the insurance policy number is detected, but not possible to be linked by the user or by Paperbox, it simply might be missing from the masterdata and a new version from Brio needs to sent or updated.

How can you quickly check this yourself. It's quite easy actually! Here are the steps you can take quickly find out whether this is due to master data, or due to something else.

Open up the Workspace settings by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner and choose Workspace settings.

Next, select the right Inbox and choose "Masterdata" as shown in the screenshot. This should be the last option in the sidebar.

When selecting Masterdata you will see a option listed. Ensure you choose the right one and click on the Edit-button. After clicking on the Edit button, you will have the option to download the .CSV file that is used to link data (or search for data)

๐Ÿ’ก You can also see the date and time when the latest version was uploaded. If you made recent updates and the version hasn't been updated yet, this might be a reason for not being able to link a document.

After downloading the .CSV you can do a quick search (cntrl+f or cmd+f) to see whether it is in the masterdata. If you are unable to find the number, name, or data, this is likely the reason why Paperbox or your team member wasn't able to link the document.
