Why am I not able to change the bundle type?

If you're attempting to change the bundle type of a document but can't, itโ€™s likely locked. It should resemble the screenshot below:

If this is the case, this is due to a setting in your Workspace Settings - Bundle Types. We have the ability allow you to choose fixed bundle types that can't be changed. However, you can always change this at any time. Follow the below steps to unlock a bundle type.

Navigate to the Workspace settings by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner. Next choose Admin Panel and choose your inbox from there.

When you have the correct inbox selected, choose Document types and look at the Bundle Types column. When you have found the right type, click on the edit menu.

After clicking the Edit menu for the specific Bundle, look for the Fixed Type setting. If the box is ticked, this means that this Document Bundle cannot be changed by your users. If you untick the box, your users will be able to change the type.
