Downloading Master Data:
Open the Workspace Settings:
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Workspace Settings.
Select the correct Inbox and Master Data:
Choose the correct Inbox and click on Master Data, as shown in the screenshot below. This is usually the last option in the sidebar.
Check and download the masterdata:
When you select Master Data, you will see a list of options. Make sure you choose the correct one and click the Edit button.
After clicking Edit, you will have the option to download the .CSV file that is used to link (or search) data.
💡 Note: You can also see the date and time of the most recent upload. If updates were made recently and the version has not yet been updated, this may be the reason why you can’t link a document.
